Eligibility Criteria
PhD (Full-Time)
a)	A good academic record with a Master’s degree in Engineering/Technology or Master’s degree by Research in Engineering/Technology in Computer Science and Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering and the allied branches
b)	Candidates with a Master’s degree in Sciences/Mathematics with a good academic record and of exceptional merit are eligible for the relevant Engineering disciplines. In such cases, Candidates must have a valid GATE score or UGC-JRF/NET/CSIR-JRF or equivalent qualification in the relevant area tenable for the year of registration.
c)	Exceptional Candidates having B.E / B.Tech. or equivalent degree from CFTI with CGPA of 9.0 or above and demonstrated research capability by means of research papers, IPs and similar research outcomes may also be considered.
PhD (Part-Time)
a)	At least First class Master degree in the applicable areas or Exceptional candidates having BE / B.Tech in applicable areas. In both cases, the candidate having Master degree should have at least 5 years documented industrial experience in reputed MNCs or Bachelors degree having 10 years documented industrial experience in reputed MNCs
b)	The candidates should also be either Professionals working in top IT MNCs or IT Professionals working in notable MNCs.

However, non-receipt of hard copy will result in rejection of the application

Application Fee
Application Fee of Rs.500/- (Demand Draft has drawn in favor of IIIT Sri City Chittoor)
Selection Process
a)	Candidates recommended by the Applications Scrutiny Committee will be called to appear for a written test.
b)	The candidates shortlisted based on the written test performance need to appear for a personal interview before the Evaluation Committee.
c)	The merit list for all the candidates in each category (Institute scholarships, industry personnel) is based on the cumulative score in the written test, interview, marks in UG / PG, experience, and publications.
