Eligibility Criteria

Candidates should possess a Master’s degree in a related trade, from any recognized University.

Instructions to apply
Before you begin, please ensure you have the following ready:
a.Scanned copy of 10th Std / SSLC certificate
b.Scanned copy of degree certificates in support of educational qualifications
c.Scanned copy of PhD fellowship qualification certificate (If applicable)
d.A scanned passport-type portrait photograph
e.Transaction No. of online payment of application fee

Application Fee

  • Registration fee is Rs.2000/- to be credited vide  NEFT/ IMPS/ RTGS/ Online transaction
  • Please complete the application fee process before starting the application process.
  • Transaction ID is required for completing the application process

Selection Procedure

a)The final selection will be based on the Written test, Interview, and Statement of Purpose. Inter merit lists prepared for each faculty will form the basis for an award of the NU Ph.D. Fellowships
b)Candidates who do not qualify for the Fellowship but otherwise meet the admission requirements (Candidate has to score overall, a minimum of 50% to be eligible for admission) will also be offered admission sans the fellowship.

Exam Pattern

  • There will be an Online Entrance Test for admission to the mentioned course.
  • Paper will contain a total of 60 MCQs type questions of 1 mark each.
  • The duration of exam will be 60 minutes.
  • Candidates will be shortlisted for interview/presentation, based on marks obtained in the entrance test.
